PICKUP AND REMOVAL: ALL PICKUPS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. At the buyer's own expense, the buyer is ENTIRELY responsible for organizing, dismantling, loading all items or disposing of items not suiting their needs. Items must be paid for within 5 business days and picked up in 10 business days, failing to do so, we may reauction or dispose items without refunds. Buyers not prepared, willing to take all bidded items or failure to make payment will result in a default, a locked account, blocked from future auctions and assessed a fee equal to 40% of your winning bid amount.
Bring to University Services (located at 1128 UNIVERSITY BLVD. NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87102) the following:
1. Winning Certificate
2. Paid Receipt (if paying by wire, please confirm payment has been received by UNM before arrival)
3. Personal identification (such as a driver’s license)
4. At buyers own expense, bring proper transportation, personnel, tools, moving equipment, and supplies.
SHIPPING: We can make an attempt to prepare & pack. However, buyers are responsible for providing a PDF shipping label (FedEx, USPS, UPS) by email. Please inform us, and wait till we provide you with the package specs before making a label. Provide documentation authorizing shipping.
Items can be given to a 3rd party. The winning bidder needs to provide documentation. In detail, authorize a 3rd party to pick up item(s) “as is”, “where is” on your behalf (let us know their full name and provide them the documentation mentioned above).
UNM/sender is not responsible or liable for any injuries, fees/costs, lost, discarded, damaged or broken auction items that may occur during removal/shipment/transport.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool. The University of New Mexico does not oversee any taxation. All sales tax inquires can be directed to GovDeals & Liquidity Services.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements, perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property, at the buyers own expense. No loading assistance will be provided by UNM. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' The University of New Mexico, NM makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
