Mileage on odometer: 158,569. Vehicle has key and starts with a jump. Vehicle has been sitting for an unknown period of time. Air suspension light on, system not working. Body has some front bumper damage; overall condition fair. Interior in good condition. This vehicle was abandoned and left within a law enforcement impound lot. Vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is. The County does not examine or diagnose condition. Inspection is strongly encouraged prior to bidding.

This Vehicle is being Auctioned in (as is) condition after being left abandoned within our Law Enforcement Impound Lot. We do not examine the Vehicle in any way and strongly encourage all bidders to physically inspect

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

Asset pickup by people/entities other that the buyer, must have a NOTARIZED Authorization of Release.
