Temporary Importation Asset Implications:
This asset is in the IMMEX program for Mexican Tax Purposes. Typically under the IMMEX program, it can be exported using the RT code and are subject to 0% VAT. The commercial value must be declared on the proforma invoice for the export declaration, based on fair market value from sale. If purchased by another IMMEX classified Mexican operation (transfers between IMMEX entities) it can use the V1 code and also maintain the asset under a temporary basis in Mexico, with 0% VAT applied. Proper documentation from buyer will be required for compliance with customs regulations. If the asset is exported to the US or other FTA countries, origin certification is required for preferential tariff treatment; otherwise, regular import duties will apply.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the designated removal period allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
