It has a pto driven pump. Normal operation, the truck is designed to hold fuel and take suction from the tank to fill airplanes. The truck is also capable to to take suction from an external tank and fill the tank. So yes, it does have refuel capabilities. 05/19/2026 11:31:14 AM
