Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal if any and all vehicle's and equipment awarded to them from the location listed above under " Inspection Instructions" and on the buyers certificate.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make any and all arrangements and perform all work necessary including; packing, loading and transportation of awarded vehicles and / or equipment. Under no circumstances will the City of Wilmington assume responsibility for packing, loading and shipping. No exceptions can be made.
