LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY/GOVERNMENT AGENCY ONLY - MUST PROVIDE PROOF

This auction is for Eighty-two (82) Axon X26P 1102 Taser “handles” that are no longer needed but remain in working condition.

Details:
• Model: Axon X26P - laser
• Condition: Fully functional
• Includes: Taser handle only
• Does NOT include batteries or cartridges

These units have been well-maintained and are ready for continued use with the proper accessories.

PLEASE NOTE: Only government agencies or federally licensed firearms dealers holding a valid Type 07 Federal Firearms License (FFL) and current Class 2 Special Occupational Tax (SOT) may bid on this auction. Documentation is required to be eligible to bid.

The winning bidder will be required to provide a copy of agency identification or valid Type 07 FFL and current Class 2 SOT documentation prior to removal. Bidders who do not meet these requirements may have their purchase canceled.

This item is sold for official use only and may not be purchased for resale. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees that the item is being acquired for use by the purchasing entity and not for resale or redistribution.

All sales are subject to seller approval. The City of Clermont reserves the right to reject any bidder or cancel the sale if eligibility requirements are not met or if the sale is not in the best interest of the City.

The buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding possession, use, transfer, and resale of this item.

SALES TAX

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay online; no payments accepted on site.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal. If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a emailed copy of Buyer's Certificate to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.

The City of Clermont does not ship. If shipping is required, the City of Clermont suggests to contact the local UPS Store #4670 at (407)-877-7076 to arrange for packaging and shipment.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Clermont assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
