Buyer is responsible for removal and securing the load but is not allowed to perform any work while on site. Assistance will be provided for load out and all applicable rules/procedures must be followed while on site. The site will need 48 hours' notice prior to scheduling pick-up of awarded item in order to facilitate scheduling at our facility. This site is on a 4x10's schedule Monday through Thursday and load outs should be scheduled between 8:00AM ET and no later than 3:30PM ET (lunch is 11:25AM to 12:PM) The individual MUST be wearing long pants and have a pair of work boots (steel toe is not required). No alcohol, firearms, knife blades over 4", additional riders or animals are allowed on site.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Bechtel National Inc – Parsons Blue Grass, KY makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
