    GST applicable to all buyers. International buyers must submit Proof Of Export within 60 days of Invoice to get GST refund.

    * All prices are net prices and subject to 18% buyer's premium and applicable taxes. .

    * Transaction currency: USD

    * Payment type and due: Wire Transfer; GoIndustry DoveBid will raise proforma invoices first and all payments must be made to designated bank account prior to pick-up; payment due 3 days upon proforma invoice date.

    * Please ensure beneficiary receives 100% of the invoice amount, all bank charges shall be borne by payer.

    * Buyer must use the same entity name for deposit (if applicable), bidding and payment.

    Removal

    Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

    The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

    Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
