Removal
If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please contact Jay Anderson at (229) 924-8041 ext. 2223 to schedule removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. HOURS: Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
