It is the buyer’s responsibility to attend the public viewing and inspections from 8:00am to 3:00pm, Wednesday, July 16, through Friday, July 18, 2025.
Surplus property may be used, salvage, parts only, etc. Property may have unknown issues such as missing parts and defects. We do not test or diagnose property.
Let the buyer beware that all items are sold as is, where is, without any warranty or guarantees for buyer’s remorse or failure to attend public viewing and inspection.
All sales are final upon pickup and removal of the purchased property with no options for refunds.

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.Printed Pickup Paperwork is REQUIRED: The forms below must be printed, completed, and presented to Alabama Surplus Property staff when arriving for pickups. You must print your paperwork.

2) Buyer Pickup: Buyers must bring printed copies of the following documents. Purchased items will not be released without these documents and no exceptions will be made.

• Completed Loading Assistance Waiver
3) Third-Party Pickup: Third-Party Pickup Person(s) must bring printed copies of the following documents. Lots will not be released without these documents and no exceptions will be made.

• Completed Loading Assistance Waiver

• Third-Party Pickup person(s) driver's license or government identification card.
Payment: All payment arrangements are made through GovDeals.com. Purchases will only be released upon receipt of payment as specified.
Buyers will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including paperwork, shrink wrapping, packing, loading, shipping, and transportation. Under no circumstances will the State of Alabama Surplus Property Division assume responsibility for paperwork, packing, loading, shipping, and transportation.
