All sales are final upon pickup and removal of the purchased property with no options for refunds.

To arrange shipping:

Please go to the USPS website. There you’ll find something called “Click and ship”.

Here, you’ll want to buy a digital label for a USPS Priority Flat Rate Box. The label being both “Priority” and “Flat Rate” is extremely important.

Then you’ll go to print the label, change the “Printer” to “Save as PDF”- then download the label and email it to me here as a PDF file.
