For auction is a used 2017 John Deere XUV gator. This vehicle appears to be in working condition. The engine initially had issues turning over, but did come on and idle for a short time without additional issues. The vehicle was not driven so it is unknown if there are any further issues that might arise when moving. Please see attached maintenance records for further information.

Physically, this vehicle appeared to be in fair condition. There are scratches and scuffs to the body but there does not appear to be any serious damage such as large dents, major scrapes, or areas of rusting that might impede normal operation. The bed was worn from use but also appeared to have no serious damage. The interior was in worse condition, as there was rusting on the metal frame and large tears in both bench seats. All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation. Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval.

We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. No appointments will be accepted on the third Tuesday of each month, due to the public sale. Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance.
