South Piedmont Community College is soliciting bids for the demolition and removal of this water tower. This is open to all bidders qualified to perform the work necessary for demolition and removal.
The winning bidder must provide all required permits and insurance prior to performing any necessary work or beginning the demolition process. If the winning bidder fails to provide this documentation within a reasonable amount of time, the buyer will be in default and their account may be locked. The auction will then either be offered to the next high bidder or relisted at the discretion of the Community College. If additional time is needed to obtain the required permits and/or insurance, the winning bidder must communicate this to the Community College and provide regular updates on the progress being made. Lack of communication can result in a cancelled sale and the winning bidder being in default.
Inspections are recommended prior to bidding. Use the Q&A feature to schedule an onsite inspection.
