Steel-hulled Horizon sailboat, approximately 36 feet in length. Located in Salmon Harbor Marina.
Condition: Appears to be in decent overall condition for its age. Running condition is unknown; vessel was reportedly running approximately one year ago but has not been tested or moved since. Condition of sails is also unknown.
Title: No Oregon title available. Successful bidder will be provided with a possessory lien packet and Bill of Sale, making the vessel eligible for Oregon title through the Oregon State Marine Board.
Location: Salmon Harbor Marina, Winchester Bay, OR.
Moorage:
If you wish to keep the boat in Salmon Harbor, it is strongly recommended that you contact the Harbor Office before bidding. Not all vessels or owners are guaranteed moorage—approval is subject to meeting current harbor standards and providing required documentation and insurance, and Harbor Office approval.
Preview strongly encouraged. Inspections by appointment only. Sold strictly as-is, where-is. Buyer responsible for removal if not approved for moorage.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
