Hi, thanks for the question. This property was acquired through the prior Montgomery County tax-sale process. The redemption period has expired, and Montgomery County has now issued and recorded the deed conveying the property to me. I am therefore selling the actual real property, not a tax-lien certificate or a right to redeem. I can provide the recorded deed as proof of ownership. 08/14/2026 14:42:09 PM
