Taken out of service in working condition.
Notes:
Battery is a car battery (not a deep cycle battery).
Battery is dead (it will charge up if you plug it in or swap it out).
Charging cable included and was working when unit taken out of service.
Actual capacity of the unit may be under 1,500 pounds. Capacity was 1,500 when purchased however unit is old.
Come prepared to load your own truck. See photos.
Since this is a NON-vehicle, you may send a 3rd party to pick up on your behalf if you choose. If sending a 3rd party, they must bring 3 things with them:
1: Copy of buyer's driver license
2: signed note (or emailed note) from buyer giving permission to pick up

SALES TAX

Removal
Property/Vehicle may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' USPS Vehicle Sales makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
The buyer must be present to sign paper work for title.
(Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, to sign Title Application Paper work. Winning Bidder will be issued an SF 97. An SF-97 will allow Winning Bidder to apply for a title in which ever state they choose). If the winning buyer is not able to make pick up in person, a POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.
