**This sale does not include any Fire King cabinets or file cabinets unless they are part of the cubicle system.

** some cubicle systems have damages to the front edge of the desk


****Buyer is responsible to tear down and remove from the building.



Please be advised that the scheduled pickup day for the items is set for Friday, April 9-10, 2026, from 8am - 4pm.

Important Pickup Instructions:
• Location: The items are currently located in Defiance, Ohio.
• Buyer Responsibility: If any of the items are fixed or secured within the building, the buyer will be responsible for removing them from the premises.
• Shipping: Please note that shipping services will not be available for these items. All items must be picked up in person on the scheduled date.

To ensure a smooth pickup process, please confirm your availability on Aprill 9-10, 2026, and inform us if you require assistance with the removal of any fixed items.
