    Payment

    Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. The City of Eau Claire will not assume responsibility for any packing, loading or shipping. Pickup times are typically Mon-Fri 8am-4pm but may vary depending on the item and where it is stored.
