Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
Payment in full is due no later than three (3) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). VAT: 15% will be charged on all sales. Please note the bid(s) /offer(s) placed online does not include VAT, this is calculated after, kindly keep in mind the costs to be added once you have placed your bid(s) online.
Important Notice: If you intend to finance your winning bids at auction, please note that a bank pre-approval submission will be mandatory prior to participating in the auction. You will remain liable for any bids won regardless of financing status.
Removal
Assets may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, please refer to the load-out document/release note for the site representative details. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / Close of the auction, unless agreed otherwise The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the assets. No Assistance will be provided. The buyer needs to ensure that they have the correct permits and/or SHEQ files required by law prior to dismantling and removal of the assets. Buyers are required to remove all waste plastic, wood, and hazardous materials that form part of the lots that they purchased. Please refer to the conditions in the participation form.
