Currently configured to produce 4 finger wafer for 33g chocolate wafer bar.
Oven type is Frans Haas SWAK 88G ( gas heated oven with 88 plates , producing 44 wafer sheets / minute ). Wafer dimension is 310mm x 535mm

For cream production , there are 2x cream mixers for 2 recipes, ( and 2 obsolete mixers ) , each mixer pumps cream to all 3x creaming depositor stations.

Removal
Items may be removed by appointment only. All items must be removed within 7th Dec 2026 to 29th Jan 2027.
