Lot of Landscape Retaining Wall Blocks.
Approximately 1,000 landscape retaining wall blocks consisting of approximately 550 full size 4” tall x 8” deep x 12” wide rectangular blocks, 300 full size angled blocks (9” face, 6” back, x 4” tall) and about 150 cut blocks (both rectangular and angled). There is some residual dried glue on these blocks when they were previously installed. Nothing that would prevent them from being reused, however.
These blocks are currently stacked on pallets that have rotted away. Buyer will NOT be able to pick these pallets up with a forklift. There will be no help provided to load these. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for loading these blocks – by hand! Do NOT ask NEOMED employees for any assistance loading these blocks. If you cannot load them, do NOT bid on them!
Buyer must remove the entire lot. Any blocks left behind will be considered abandoned property, no refund will be given, and the seller reserves the right to sell what is left behind.

PAYMENT

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
