All property is located in the Indiana State Surplus warehouse at 601 W. McCarty Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN unless otherwise stated in the auction description. The buyer or designated representative, or common carrier must provide identification such as a Driver’s License or BMV ID.
All items must be removed within 14 working days (Monday through Friday) from the date of issuance of the Notice of Award unless a clause is indicated in the sale notice. Property will be released only upon receipt of full payment as specified.
Successful bidders are responsible for removal of all property awarded to them from the address shown above.
Indiana State Surplus personnel will assist in loading property if requested by the Buyer. Under no circumstances will anyone other than Indiana State Surplus personnel be allowed to operate material handling equipment on State property.
The State of Indiana will not be responsible for any personal injuries or damage to any vehicle or other equipment during the loading of property.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary for packing and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Indiana State Surplus assume responsibility for packing or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays or unless otherwise stated on the auction web site.

• The buyer has fourteen business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award to pay for and take possession of the item by physically removing the item from the state’s premises.
• A paid asset left in the possession of the state for more than fourteen business days is deemed to be the buyer’s property that the buyer has abandoned.
• Abandoned property left in the state’s possession will be disposed of at the state’s sole discretion with no possibility of a refund to the buyer.
