Successful bidders are responsible for removal and loading of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer's Certificate. The City of Eau Claire will not assume responsibility for any packing, loading or shipping. Auction items must be picked up within 10 business days of Auction close. Pickup times are typically Mon-Fri 8am-4pm but may vary depending on the item and where it is stored.
