Hook lift: Stellar model # 120-14 Flex, it does work and we have a video we can send. The tarp system isn’t functioning due to missing parts.
Known issues: Truck will need batteries does run and drive with a boost but has an electrical issue. **Due to this we recommend it being towed** you can contact us for more information on this, ask for Paul.
Exterior: Some parts may be missing and may have scratches, fading, dents, and dings. All equipment and stripes have been or will be removed or sprayed over; impressions may remain.
Interior: Some parts may be missing and may have tears, rips, wear places or fading due to use. All equipment has been or will be removed and impressions may remain.
Records: All documentation and records will come with the vehicle.
Notice: Vehicle is sold as is, where is. Vehicle may contain defects that are unknown to the City of Seneca.
