3) Third-Party Pickup: Third-Party Pickup Person(s) must bring printed copies of the following documents. Lots will not be released without these documents and no exceptions will be made.

Payment: All payment arrangements are made through GovDeals.com. Purchases will only be released upon receipt of payment as specified.

Under no circumstances will the State of Alabama Surplus Property Division assume responsibility for paperwork, packing, loading, shipping, and transportation.
