Payment

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please call Sheila Melton and her phone number is 304-357-0216. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. NOTE: Vehicles are located on property that is on a hill with a fairly narrow concrete driveway. Vehicle location is NOT accessible by semi truck and trailer.

Kanawha County, WV makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
