REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only for Monday though Friday and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the buyer’s certificate. Property may be removed between the hours of 8 AM - 11 AM and 1 PM - 2 PM, excluding legal holidays. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the buyer’s certificate. Buyer is responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the buyer’s certificate.
