Known Issues:
The throttle will drop intermittently due loss of throttle signal which the ECM is not designed to maintain consistently and the engine is low on HP due to either engine wear and/or turbo related issues. It was not a pump issue exactly, but pump will not pump at capacity long enough to pass a pump test. It appears to be more of a governor and engine issue. The chassis was not designed to support the crankshaft PTO application for this pump for the power needed as well as the ECM support for consistent throttle signal. Also, the engine has been diagnosed with a loss of HP when tested.
