Please note: for removals, we require at least two business days in advance of the desired pick-up date. To schedule an appointment, email the contact person found in the upper right-hand corner of the buyer's certificate.

Bring the following with you to pick up your item(s):

* A valid Driver’s License or other government issued ID (PHOTO ID REQUIRED).

* Your Buyer’s Certificate.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

Unless other arrangements are made prior to pick up, you must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

Unless otherwise approved by the County in writing, the item must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Failure to remove the item within that period can result in you being locked from future auctions and possible forfeiture of the item you purchased.
