Lot 1 consists of considerably heavy-duty steel conveyor hardware Hardware being sold as scrap metal. Estimated weight is approximate, in excess of 8000 lbs. Only what is described is included in this lot regardless of what else is shown in the picture. The conveyor equipment should be inspected prior to bidding. The attached hold harmless agreement will need to be agreed to and signed prior to removing the equipment. Call to arrange appointment to view items or further inquiry during regular business hours (M-F 9-1:30 p.m.): Site location is: Dallas NDC at 2400 DFW Tpke, Dallas, TX 75398-1683. Purchaser must prove to have the ability and equipment to safely remove the conveyor equipment from its current location prior to removing the equipment. The bidder is encouraged to inspect and determine the condition of property prior to bidding. Inspections and pick up are by appointment only; please allow 24 hours in advance unless other arrangements are made with site: Successful bidders are responsible for Safe loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Under no circumstance will the USPS provide assistance with loading or shipping. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT to inspect or pick up any/all items.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
