If you cannot come here because you are far away to do a inspection, There are several local mobile mechanics you can hire in our area that can do the inspection for you. We provide no warranty. We are not allowed to give you advice of any sort to help facilitate the purchase of an asset. We are not allowed to provide you with any assistance and tools to help you with your inspection. You must bring your own help.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

If you are not a dealer you must have some type of towing equipment in order to remove the vehicle from the property.

You can hire your own towing company to take the vehicle from here to a nearest location for you to pick up.

You can also hire us to take your vehicle to a local advanced auto parts and we will do this for an additional$50 paid out side of Gov deals directly to us.

We also provide towing assistance, our towing fees are$100 per hour drive time and any tolls or extra equipment charges needed to transport the vehicle. these payments are made directly to us.

You will be charged storage fees if your vehicle is left here past the 10 days allowed. If your vehicle is left here past the 10 days you will not get a refund From Gov Deals, at the discretion of the seller To issue a refund directly To you

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Open titles cannot be issued. Titles must be issued in the name of the winning Buyer only. Seller will not issue replacement titles. If a transporter picks up your vehicle the title will be mailed to you we will never mail a title to you and the vehicle still sits here when the car leaves, the title leaves.

If someone other than the Buyer listed on the Bill of Sale picks up a vehicle, in addition to the Bill of Sale they must have additional paperwork. Authorization and release form must be filled out correctly and a copy of your ID must be with document the document must be emailed to us and or text to us.

If you are not able to bid on our asset because you are a probation level bidder. We will not allow you to bid on the item but we will give you the option to purchase the vehicle for a buy now price. If you call us and ask us to sell you a vehicle that you're not able to buy and we give you the option to purchase the vehicle through a buy now option and you still do not buy the vehicle you will be defaulted and blocked. You submit to us your name, your address, phone number, and your buyers account number in order for us to award the vehicle to you through a buy now option.
