Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. THE TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS WILL BEGIN ON SEPTEMBER 18 AND END ON OCTOBER 2, 2025. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Winning Bidder must contact SCTA to make arrangements for the removal of item(s) PRIOR to arriving at the Authority's location. A minimum of 24 hour notice must be given before arriving to pick-up equipment. Equipment can be picked up between 9 AM and 3 PM, Monday thru Friday. Please make any necessary arrangements prior to vehicle pick-up for vehicle registrations and vehicle tags. The Authority is not responsible and does not have the capability of processing and acquiring vehicle registrations and vehicle tags. The vehicle Title will be clear, notarized and signed for the transfer of ownership.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
