2000 Pontiac Grand Prix COUPE 2-DR, 3.8L V6 OHV 12V SUPERCHARGED.

This is a seized vehicle from a drug arrest at the Butts County Sheriff's Office

Vehicle is sold as is. Front seat interior is damaged (see photos attached) . Bill of Sale and court papers will be provided to purchaser.

Unknown mechanical issues. Vehicle was being operated at time of seizure on the roadway.

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal. You must pay on line; no payments accepted on site.

If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
