Available for your consideration is a group of lawn equipment. Included in this lot is a Snapper push mower, a Winston 5HP tiller, and a Troybilt Pressure washer.
This equipment was previously used by our parks and recreation department. The push mower is in rough shape. The pressure washer has a bad pump and is missing its hoses. The tiller appears to be in great condition with very little use based on the tines.
All this equipment is sold AS-IS for parts/repair. They have not been used in years.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Although a description is provided, all items are strictly sold AS-IS. Bidders are encouraged to ask questions or inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only, schedule an appointment by calling or emailing. PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
REMOVAL: TO SCHEDULE Removal after payment has been made. Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
The City of Mount Holly will not ship or coordinate shipping. Pick up appointments can be made Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your buyers certificate to show during pickup.
