Inspection

Inspections are scheduled by appointment only on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025 OR OTHER ALTERNATE DATE BASED ON STAFF AVAILABILITY between 9 am and 3 pm. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Removal

All items must be removed within 5 business days from the time Buyer is notified by CAPMETRO the funds have been received. NOTE: Auction Items will not be released until CAPMETRO has received BUYERS FUNDS from GOVDEALS. Buyer will be notified by CAPMETRO once funds have been received. Could be up to two weeks after auction closes. THE BUYER WILL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY, INCLUDING PACKING/PALLETIZING, LOADING AND TRANSPORTATION OF THE PROPERTY.
