This vehicle was purchased new by the City of Sevierville in 2019 and was used as a administrative vehicle. The vehicle was taken out of service due to mechanical issues where at many times, it would stop running. On March 26, 2026, garage maintenance stated it would not start and acted as if the engine had no compression. The vehicle has been parked and not moved since that date. I attempted to start the vehicle on March 27, 2026 and it did start. The buyer should be aware this vehicle may or may not run. No guarantees are being made and it is extremely likely the vehicle will again break down if it were to start upon inspection. The vehicle does contain dents, scratches, and dings. One key is available. The winning bidder will need to prepare the vehicle for transport. The City of Sevierville is not responsible for assisting in preparing the vehicle for transport. I am not able answer any questions regarding the mechanical issues except for what is stated above. Please schedule an inspection if you have any questions.
A title is available with the vehicle. All photos attached are taken in an attempt to show damage. It is highly recommended for any interested party to schedule an inspection date and time before bidding. All vehicles will need to be towed/trailered from our lot unless the winning bidder wishes to register the vehicle prior to removal. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 5 (five) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
