**INSPECTIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.** Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Please see the contact below to schedule an inspection.
Payment
Payment is due in full no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. All payments are to be paid through Gov Deals online payment options.
Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Bidders are responsible for loading, removal, packing and transportation of the sold property. Under no circumstances will Cleveland County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping the items. MISC PROPERTY: may be removed between the hours of 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursdays ONLY. VEHICLES: may be removed Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 3:00 pm All vehicles sold from Cleveland County will require the title to be filled out with buyers name, address, mileage and date of delivery. No blank titles will be released.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
