Buyer is responsible for all loading requirements, no help is available. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS TO PROCESS PAPERWORK BEFORE SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT. Failure of the bidder to submit payment or failure to remove all items WILL result in the bidder being blocked with no notification. Please note upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

The customer is responsible for all loading and shipping requirements. The State of Tennessee does not have the equipment or personnel to load auction property, there is no help available and the State of Tennessee does not ship property, nor can we recommend any particular agency or company. No Assistance will be provided.

If you are not the person that is removing your property, please note the Surplus Property will require authorization from you granting permission for a third party to remove your items. This third party will be subject to the same removal and liability requirements as you would be.

Titles are kept at a central location and are usually sent certified mail within 72 hours of pick up. Titles are available for pick up at the Surplus Warehouse, 6500 Centennial Blvd, Nashville, TN 37243. DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for an incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
