Available for auction is a high-quality Southbend commercial cooking station, previously maintained and used in a college campus dining facility. This lot includes two modular units mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel mobile equipment stand with an undershelf for storage.

24" Radiant Charbroiler: Features 4 high-output burners with heavy-duty cast iron grates. Ideal for high-volume searing and grilling.

24" Flat Top Griddle: Thick polished steel plate providing excellent heat retention and even cooking surface.

Condition: Equipment is in good working order and was in active service until recently. Units show standard cosmetic wear consistent with a commercial kitchen environment.

Note: The pilot lights currently require manual lighting for each use; a standard tune-up/cleaning of the pilot assembly is recommended for optimal performance.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
