Up for auction is a 2020 Everest Double glass door freezer. Unit is still in working order, was very cold when unplugged and removed from facility. Unit has been in a Recreation facility since new, replacement unit was just received. We have no historical services, nor do we know if there are any mechanical issues. This is a very large, very heavy unit will require a box truck or large trailer for transport. We have a forklift on site and can assist with loading; please do not come with a small truck or SUV it will not fit. Sold in "AS IS" condition. Nothing in the background of any picture is included in this auction. Auction items must be removed within 10 days of auction ending. Items not removed within this time frame will be defaulted and relisted for auction. Removed from service last week. Units were operating when removed. Sold in “As Is”

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay on line; no payments will be accepted on site. All assets must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. No vehicles will be removed within the first twenty-four(24) hours of the winning bid. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. To pickup the property you must make an appointment please call Alice Saroka (561) 804-7026. We will then schedule a time for pickup. Most hours will be between 8:00am to 3:00p.m. ,Monday through Thursday, excluding City holidays.
