This block is part of an assembled non-weight bearing wall structure.
The winning bidder will disassemble the wall to obtain approximately 2000 cement block.
The electric box you see in picture has been disconnected.
The wall is 10' deep.
This will be labor intensive to obtain the block, we don't expect a high $$$ bid.
You will have access thru the dock door pictured to place a trailer very close.
****Indiana University will not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property. By bidding on this and accepting winning this bid auction and after signing (in person) the winning bid certificate, the winning bidder automatically assumes all responsibility for any and all damages to persons or property.***
It is highly recommended that you have/carry liability insurance as a private contractor/business.

The winning bidder or authorized designee/shipper are expected to visually inspect their purchase prior to removal and sign the Inspection form. Once the auction lot is removed from the premises there will be no refund, no exchanges, no dispute.
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects that are not immediately detectable. Our staff is not without some Human error on occasion and inspecting what you expect during pick up is highly recommended. Potential auction listing Bidders may also inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.
Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final!

Pick Up Time Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. No Appointment is needed.
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
