Prospective bidders are welcome to preview auction items Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. - excluding holidays. All of our locations require an appointment to view and pickup property. Please be sure to read the description carefully for detailed instructions. Central Lincoln Peoples Utility District urges and cautions bidders to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. Pictures are of actual items, and item(s) are described to the best of our ability, based on visual inspections and on our records and information. Defects not listed/shown/known may exist. Failure to inspect property before bidding will not constitute grounds for dismissal of the responsibilities of the bidder to complete the sale.

Property located at the Newport warehouse can be retrieved Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. - excluding holidays, with 24 hours prior notice. There are times when loading of “Sold on Site” property is not offered; please be sure to read the auction listing carefully. Items will not be allowed to be removed from any location until they have been paid for, no exceptions. Unless otherwise specified in the auction listing, Central Lincoln Peoples Utility District staff will assist in loading a customer’s property, within reasonable limits. No Central Lincoln employee can assist in loading if doing so would present a danger to themselves or others. This includes loading onto or into an inappropriate vehicle for the item(s) to be transported. Central Lincoln Peoples Utility District employees can only load items; it is the bidder’s responsibility to secure the item(s) to their vehicle in a safe and secure manner. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. If someone other than the winning bidder is to pick an item up for the winning bidder, the winning bidder needs to contact Bryan McKinney at 541-574-3622 and make them aware of this. Otherwise, an item will not be released to a third party. All items must be removed within ten (10)business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Central Lincoln Peoples Utility District, OR makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
