Up for auction is a Southbend brand, commercial gas stove with dual ovens and griddle. Item will need repairs. Unit is dirty and shows signs of wear and tear. At least one burner is broken off as seen in picture. Other issues may exist not diagnosed or known. Items MUST be paid for and removed within 10 days after auctions ends. Items not paid and removed within this time will be defaulted and relisted for auction.

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay on line; no payments will be accepted on site. All assets must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. No vehicles will be removed within the first twenty-four(24) hours of the winning bid. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. To pickup the property you must make an appointment please call (561) 804-7026. We will then schedule a time for pickup. Most hours will be between 8:00am to 2:00p.m. ,Monday through Thursday, excluding City holidays.
