You are bidding on a group of four SLANTWALL 42" Exhaust Fans 115/230V. Delivered for a city project, however wrong size was shipped. Fans have never been installed and are new and unused condition. This is two pallets of two fans per pallet, will require a large truck and or trailer to remove from property. Buyer is responsible for loading and removing units. Nothing in the background of any picture is included in this auction. Please bring the appropriate transport equipment for pick up. Item must be paid for and removed within 10 days after auction ends. Items not removed within 10 days we be defaulted and reauctioned.

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay on line; no payments will be accepted on site. All assets must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. No vehicles will be removed within the first twenty-four(24) hours of the winning bid. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. To pickup the property you must make an appointment please call (561) 804-7026. We will then schedule a time for pickup. Most hours will be between 8:00am to 2:00p.m. ,Monday through Thursday, excluding City holidays.
