Commercial floor burnisher. Unit is in need of repair and is being sold AS-IS. Burnisher does not power on / does not operate properly at this time (exact issue unknown). No troubleshooting or diagnostics have been performed by the seller.
Cosmetic condition shows normal wear from use, including scuffs and scratches. Repair parts and service history are unknown. Accessories, pads, cords, or batteries (if applicable) are included only if shown in photos.
This item may be suitable for repair, parts, or refurbishment. No guarantees are made regarding functionality or completeness.
AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranty, refunds, or exchanges. Buyer responsible for pickup, loading, and transportation.
We do not ship items. All items purchased must be picked up from the location within 10 days of the auction end date. No prepaid shipping labels will be accepted.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
