Up for auction is a Univex SRM40+ 40 qt Planetary Mixer - Floor Model. This mixer works great and is in good condition. With this sale are 3 bowls and several additional attachments to accommodate both size bowls.

Moved into place by an ergonomic crank, the Univex SRM40 mixer's bowl has a 40-quart capacity. Additional attachments fit in the No. 12 power hub. Using a variable speed drive, the beater shaft's speeds range from 99 to 402 rotations per minute, while the power take-off hub runs between 56 and 231 rotations per minute. For efficient operation, buttons enable users to switch between the four set beater speeds.

Operators can change the speed without stopping the mixer, and a 15-minute timer helps track mix times. The Univex SRM40+ mixer has a safety guard that prevents it from operating if the bowl is not in place, protecting users from injury. An ingredient chute is incorporated into the guard so that operators can add product without pausing operation. To facilitate cleanup, the guard and bowl are stainless steel.
