Description:
This listing features ONE TRUE Manufacturing Co. commercial upright freezer, model T-23F. This stainless steel single-door unit is designed for reliable cold storage in commercial kitchens, laboratories, cafeterias, or other industrial environments. Unit was labeled “working” and powered on when tested. Interior includes one adjustable wire shelf and integrated lighting.

This model uses a ½ HP compressor with R404A refrigerant (16 oz charge). The power requirement is 115V / 60Hz and the plug is a standard 3-prong. One red label on the unit reads “Working.” Rear mechanical components show signs of dust and buildup from prior use. Unit has casters for easy mobility. Scratches, dings, and wear present on stainless exterior consistent with use in an institutional setting.

The winning bidder or authorized designee/shipper are expected to visually inspect their purchase prior to removal and sign the Inspection form. Once the auction lot is removed from the premises there will be no refund, no exchanges, no dispute.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
