Successful bidders are responsible for Safe loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located.

Under no circumstance will the USPS provide shipping. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT to pick up any/all items.
Pick-Up must take place only during these hours: TUESDAYS OR THURSDAYS ONLY. (8:00 AM to 1:30 PM). By appointment only, please allow 24 hours in advance unless other arrangements are made with site.
