Realistic Training Scenarios

The first floor of this remarkable trailer features a fully functional kitchen, perfect for teaching essential kitchen emergency procedures. Adjacent to the kitchen is a versatile bedroom that can also function as an emergency command center and a complete working restroom.
On the second floor, you will find another typical bedroom specifically designed for realistic fire safety training. Both bedrooms, on both floors, are equipped with a heated door, a sliding glass window, and a fire escape ladder, providing authentic scenarios for escape practice. For an added layer of realism, all rooms are piped to fill with non-toxic, non-staining smoke. This feature not only activates the smoke detector but also visually demonstrates the path smoke takes, allowing participants to practice crawling low to find "good air."

Fully Equipped for Impactful Learning

The entire Surrey Trailer is outfitted with a full lighting system and working alarms to simulate the sights and sounds of a real fire emergency. This valuable training unit also includes a Honda EM5000SX generator, ensuring reliable power for all its features. The original carpet has been replaced with vinyl planking in the kitchen, and the benches have been reupholstered for enhanced durability and cleanliness.
Included with purchase (though not listed on the inventory) are: an awning, gym mats, a gas can, a card table, five folding chairs, and an ADA ramp that doubles as a ramp for unloading the generator.

The only known damage is a shingle on the front left corner, which Surrey is unable to replace. Also, the breaker for the generator trips under a full load. (Most likely due to the age of the fuse.)
