Shipping: We will pack and ship at the buyer's expense. We can provide weights/dimensions for your carrier or provide an estimate based on your zip code.

Removal
1. In-Person Pickup & Appointments
- By Appointment Only: All in-person removals must be scheduled via email at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
- Pickup Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Deadline: All items must be removed within 10 business days of the auction's close, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. Items not removed within this timeframe may be declared abandoned without refund.
2. Shipping Options (At Buyer’s Expense)
- Prepaid Labels: Buyers may provide their own prepaid shipping labels for standard packages.
- Quotes & Estimates: We can provide weights and dimensions for you to obtain your own carrier quotes, or provide a shipping estimate if you provide your destination zip code.
- Freight/Large Items: For pallets or oversized assets, buyers may arrange for 3rd-party private carriers or freight companies by appointment only.
3. Documentation & Asset Release
- Verification Required: At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
- Digital Signatures: For all shipped orders, the Buyer’s Certificate must be digitally signed and returned to the seller before any assets are released to a carrier.
- Appointment Confirmation: When scheduling, please confirm with the seller exactly which documents are required to ensure a smooth release of your items.
4. Liability & Responsibility
- Full Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all aspects of removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation, and exporting.
- Transfer of Liability: Once the buyer, their agent, or a third-party carrier takes possession of the assets, the seller is no longer liable for the condition or security of the items. All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is."
